Worst experience for service apartment.
1. No check in counter. Need to figure out how to contact property agents to check in.
2. Finally managed to get hold of Indian agent, they say go to your room and see if it’s ok for you. If not ok come down and change. Was puzzled by what he said, but went up there to check it out. OMG, it’s just like I’m back to army bunk bed, flat and dirty. Room was filled with mothball smell.
Went back down and demand an exchange, went back up again and the moment I opened the door, omg, was welcome by a big cockroach at the door.
3. Went back down again, but this time, check out immediately and check in to nearby hotel.
4. Please lah, do us a favor, don’t do your listing on the mainstream hotel platform anymore. You are just wasting consumers time and money.
